Wonderful staff, I’d sent my boyfriend here previously and he was pretty nervous but loved it. Made the move to them as well and they are so sweet, friendly, and comforting from start to finish. From the front desk, to hygienists, and Dr. Abboud everyone is great. Never have experienced much dental fear but I’d had a gum grafting surgery that left me a little more nervy. I found myself actually very nervous which I’d never experienced before, but Liz numbed me so expertly that the ones that are usually pretty sensitive were nothing. I told her I usually need extra numbing and she took me seriously and just did it then rather than going back over. It was really nice. The whole process was much quicker than I thought and didn’t hurt at all! So grateful for such a good experience and highly, highly recommend them to anyone. If you’re looking for a new office this is definitely the one

I was able to get in for an emergency dental appointment right away and I couldn't be more impressed. As a new patient, I was immediately put at ease by the incredibly warm and welcoming receptionist, Nicole. She was friendly, organized, and made the check-in/check-out process completely seamless. She was a great first point of contact for the practice and made me feel like I'd been a patient for years. The rest of my visit was just as wonderful. The hygienist Lupe and Dr. Abboud were both very kind and professional. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, without making me feel rushed. For anyone searching for a new dental home, I highly recommend this office!

One key thing about Midtown Smiles with Dr. Abboud and her staff is I’m able to trust them with their patient care, bedside manners and financial insurance planning with Nicole! They’re friendly and down to earth with a splash of humor. I have major dental issues requiring total removal of all my teeth and they came up with a plan of attack to place me in dentures. I had 4 teeth removed so far and the process was smooth and nearly pain free! I had deep sedation and I feel the process was stress free and I thank each and every one of them!! Thanks for being here for the Midtown community and surrounding areas and thank you for working towards getting an amazing smile :) Jennifer S.
